What is your Return Policy?

We have a 30-day return policy on all of our items. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Items must be returned in new or unused condition. The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping fees.

How do I return an Item?

Shipping:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of purchase, please notify us via e-mail at [email protected]. Please be sure to include your name, order number and item SKU of the merchandise you would like to return.

Return shipping costs/fees are your responsibility. Please include a copy of your receipt inside the shipment.  We recommend that you insure your return shipment with the carrier for the purchase price to protect against loss or damage. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund will be made in the original form of payment.

In store drop off:

You may also schedule an appointment to drop off the item you wish to return at our showroom in Ventura, CA. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] to set up an appointment for the return. Please include your name, order number and the SKU of the item you wish to return. Please also present your receipt at the time of return.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

Your order will generally ship within 3-5 business days from the time you place the order. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your product has shipped. Please allow 7-10 business days for regular ground shipping. Please feel free to contact us at [email protected] to check the status of your shipment.

How Can I Modify or Cancel My Order?

Once the order has been placed, you cannot modify or cancel your order. If you wish to do so, please send us an e-mail at [email protected] and we will try to accommodate you in any way possible, however, if your order has already been prepared for shipping, it cannot be canceled or modified (even if you have not yet received your shipment confirmation e-mail). At that point, we ask that your follow the instructions to return the item upon receipt.

How lOng Does it Take to Receive my Order?

Your order will generally ship within 3-5 business days from the date of purchase. Please allow 7-10 business days for ground shipment.
