We have a 30-day return policy on all of our items. A receipt is required for all returns and exchanges. Items must be returned in new or unused condition. The customer is responsible for payment of return shipping fees.

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, within 30 days of the date of purchase, please notify us via e-mail at [email protected]. Please be sure to include your name, order number and item SKU of the merchandise you would like to return.

Return shipping costs/fees are your responsibility. Please include a copy of your receipt inside the shipment.  We recommend that you insure your return shipment with the carrier for the purchase price to protect against loss or damage. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Refund will be made in the original form of payment.

You may also schedule an appointment to drop off the item you wish to return at our showroom in Ventura, CA. Please send an e-mail to [email protected] to set up an appointment for the return. Please include your name, order number and the SKU of the item you wish to return. Please also present your receipt at the time of return.
